When will I get my refund?

We'll process your refund within 10 days of the tracking label receiving its first scan with Royal Mail.

Once your return has been approved, we'll refund the original payment method used for the order.

We'll also email you when your refund has been processed.

Items you have not been advised to return are usually refunded within 4-5 working days of the advice being given.

Why hasn't my refund arrived yet?

If you've recently sent your return, and the 10 days have elapsed, please contact us so we can expedite your request.

Check your return tracking first if you used a tracked service.

If we've confirmed that your return has been approved but you still haven't received your refund, please contact us and we'll look into it.

If you have received notification that your refund has been processed but you have not seen it within your bank statement, please contact us as we can provide a ARN(Acquirer Reference Number) as well as a receipt from our payment provider.
