How do I arrange a return?

The easiest way to arrange a return is through our Returns Request Form.

You'll need to provide the requested information, including details of your order and the item you're returning.

Once your request has been submitted and reviewed by our customer support team, we'll email you with the return instructions.

You will need a return authorisation before sending your item back. Some items may be deemed not economically viable for return so please wait to hear from us.

Can I just send the item back?

Please don't send a return without following the returns process first.

Returns sent without the required authorisation and order information may not be processed or accepted.
